Ab dem 1.11.26 ist sie fertig renoviert, sauber, teilmöbliert und steht zur Verfügung. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein 5m langes geschwungenes Sofa (wird neu bezogen), zwei runde Wohnzimmertische, Sessel, Fernseher, Einbauschrank und Regale. Im Flur bleibt ein Esszimmerschrank, Tisch und Stühle. Die Küche wird teils neu, teils renoviert übergeben. In beiden kleinen Schlafzimmern und im großen Schlafzimmer befindet sich je ein 1,8m breites, neues Bett. Von dem kleinen und dem großen Schlafzimmer ist eine Tür/ Austritt auf die 6m lange überdachte Terrasse. Der Blick von der Terrasse geht auf den ruhigen Innenhof. Dort steht ein kostenfreier Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Ebenfalls gehört zu der Wohnung ein 12qm großer, trockener Keller...
